Hi, I'm Sam owner of Nexus Design Solutions Ltd. I am the main employee, so when you hire Nexus you hire me!
I am an MCIOB chartered professional and am currently working towards MCIAT too. This means I will be qualified in both architectural design and construction management which gives me a pretty unique skill set and experience in both disciplines. I work alongside a number of associates and professionals who specialise in various areas within architecture and construction. This allows Nexus to form a team appropriate to the project whilst keeping the cost to a minimum.
Outside of work, I coach grass roots football, play the occasional gig and am currently renovating my own property as you can see from the state of my office in the photo
