Crosby le Moor Farm

The remit for Crosby le Moor Farm was to secure planning permission to convert a derelict farmhouse and complex of barns in to an equestrian centre.  I surveyed the barns and surrounding land working with the client to produce layout designs optimising flow and usage of the spaces.  The site included  an external and internal menage space, stables, cafe, classrooms and tack storage.

Various reports were required in support of the planning application; flood risk assessment, heritage significance and impact statement, structural condition survey and ecological survey. These were all undertaken by suitably qualified professionals which led to a successfully approved application.
