Mill Hill

A single storey rear extension, small but extremely effective.  This stone, flat roof extension added to a 17th century cottage in the middle of a conservation area really did transform the property.  The use of materials blended the extension with the old property whilst adding a complimentary modern aspect.  The additional space opened up the back of the house linking it superbly with the rear garden with the ability to fling wide the bi fold doors.

This project I managed from start to finish, providing a detailed specification, supervising the build gave the client piece of mind.  The project was completed  well within time and budget and there was a wonderful garden party in the summer to celebrate.
