Situated looking down the fairway of a golf course, this property need to create a statement.  It was a tired 1970's looking dormer bungalow with a cramped first floor in the roof space.  The design not only create more first floor space and storage but flipped flow of the ground floor to relocating the kitchen to the other end of the property.  Introducing a mix of modern external finishes the property received the face lift it needed.

I contract managed the whole process ensuring the client was informed and happy with progress throughout the design and construction phases of the project. Nothing quite like a grandstand view of a four ball making their way up the 1st!
